How to Enter

Entry Guidance

Before making a entry it is important that you have read and understood the relevant category criteria the entry will be assessed against. You should also look at the conditions of entry (below).

When submitting an entry, you should provide as much relevant information as possible to assist the judges in making an informed judgement on the merits of the entry received. This should include:

  • A detailed description of what the school/individuals have done to merit the award (800 words). This should include relevant examples of impact/outcomes etc.
  • A brief summary of the entry (200 words).
  • Supporting evidence (any images, videos, testimonials).

Once you have your entry ready, head over to the Entry Form to submit your entry for this year’s Educate Awards. Don’t forget to attach your entry documents at the bottom of the form!

*Any entry material that doesn’t comply with the Conditions of Entry may not being included in the judging process.

Conditions of Entry

  • Your entry must be no more than 800 words.
  • You must include an entry summary of approximately 200 words (additional to main entry).
  • You can include up to nine ‘supporting evidence documents’.

Accepted files/documents:

Main entry: Microsoft Word document, PDF (.doc, .docx, .pdf).
Supporting evidence: Images, videos*, testimonials (.png, .jpg, .gif, .mp3, .mp4, .mpg, .mov., .doc, .docx, .pdf).

*any videos must total less than 3 minutes.

All entries must be sumbitted before Sunday 13 July.
